Fermented and dry-cured, this pepperoni is as good on your homemade pizza as it is on your charcuterie board! Made with humanely-raised pork & free of added nitrates.

We have 3 varieties to choose from: 1) original 2) with a touch of smoke 3) with a blend of pork & grass-fed beef. 

Shelf stable. Once opened, store in refrigerator well sealed for up to two weeks. Feel free to freeze any you can't get to within a two week period (ensure this is well sealed as well).

Original Pepperoni Ingredients: Pork, sea salt, dextrose, spices, swiss chard powder, lactic acid starter culture. 

Pepperoni with Smoke Ingredients: Pork, sea salt, dextrose, spices, swiss chard powder, cherry powder, lactic acid starter culture. 

Pepperoni with Beef Ingredients: Pork, beef, sea salt, dextrose, spices, swiss chard powder, lactic acid starter culture.
